The .wav files must be in an youtube mp3 format and can be converted to an actual .wav file using this tool and this window.

For more information, read these instructions. Sometimes if you open the file with iTunes and then save it you will get the response saying that it cannot save the audio file.

I have tested with this file the save and the delete work fine. I've uploaded the file here so that you can open and use it.

If you can't download the file with the download tools, please email me and I will do whatever I can. I have attached a copy of the file so you can look at the structure.
